Held, known, and kept close to you.
Warm, respectful Montessori care in a calm, prepared environment where your baby is free to move, explore, connect, and develop at an individual pace, with daily updates that keep you close while you are apart.
Leaving your baby is hard. We know. That is why our Nido begins with something central to Montessori: deep respect for the child. Your baby is not simply cared for here. They are observed, spoken to, responded to, and given time and space to participate in their own development.
Our guides learn the small things first: the sounds that soothe your baby, the expression that means hungry versus tired, the way they prefer to settle, and the movements they are beginning to practice. Caregiving is warm and responsive, but also unhurried and intentional. And throughout the day, photos, feeding logs, diaper changes, and nap updates keep you connected without having to call.
How Montessori begins in infancy
Long before a child can say “I can do it myself,” the foundations of independence are already forming. Our Nido is carefully prepared so babies can move freely, use their senses, hear rich language, form secure relationships, and explore what their developing bodies are ready to do.
- Freedom of movementSafe floor space and carefully chosen materials invite your baby to reach, roll, crawl, sit, pull up, and explore through their own movement rather than being hurried into the next stage.
- Sensory explorationSimple textures, colors, sounds, objects, and natural experiences give babies opportunities to discover the world without overwhelming them.
- LanguageSongs, stories, naming, conversation, and respectful narration surround your baby with language throughout the day.
- Connection & trustConsistent, responsive caregiving helps babies feel secure, understood, and confident enough to explore.

Respect for the child begins here
Montessori education does not suddenly begin at preschool. It begins in the way adults see the child. Even our youngest children are given time to try, space to move, language for what is happening around them, and the dignity of being treated as capable participants in their own care.

“From the very first day, the teachers made her feel welcomed, safe, and truly special. As working parents, flexibility is incredibly important, and the school went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.”
